Four Back to School Looks from Candie’s at Kohl’s

Summer is winding down and back to school season is almost here! Starting school again after a great summer can be so bittersweet. While it’s sad to leave the freedom of summer behind (no homework), getting back to school means starting a new routine, making new friends and most importantly, learning new things.

Before a new school year starts, it’s always a good idea to stock up on new supplies, books and best of all, new pieces to add to your wardrobe. I’ve been shopping at Kohl’s for years and I love the variety of tops, bottoms, dresses, and everything in between from the Candie’s collection in the Junior’s Department.

Everything You Need to Know About the Egg Freezing Process at CCRM

Everything You Need to Know About the Egg Freezing Process at CCRM

This month my husband and I are celebrating our third wedding anniversary! With every year that goes by, we talk about having kids and when we’d like to expand our family. We both want to wait a few more years until we welcome a baby so we can do things like buy a new house, travel and spend time together as just the two of us. While it would be great to conceive and have kids naturally down the road, we know that it’s important for us to explore our options and ensure that welcoming children is something that we’ll be able to do in the future. One of the options that we’re considering is egg freezing.

Cruising Around Michigan in the Mazda3

Cruising Around Michigan in the Mazda3

Is it just me, or is this summer flying by? It feels like Memorial Day was just yesterday, yet we’ve already celebrated the 4th of July. Every year and every season seems to pass in the blink of an eye. Speaking of seasons, summertime in Michigan is by far my favorite. There are so many cool places to go and things to see. The weather this summer has been great – 70- and 80-degree days with plenty of sunshine. Warm weather is definitely a welcome sight after the harsh, cold winters we experience in the Mitten State.

A few weeks back over the 4th of July, Mazda was kind enough to let me take their Mazda3 Sedan for a spin! I currently drive an SUV, so getting behind the wheel of a sedan was a weird feeling at first, but it was something that I got used to quickly.

How My Husband and I are Planning for Our Future Family with CCRM

How do you know when you’re ready to have a baby? From what I’ve heard, no one is really ready for parenthood. It’s just something that you fully embrace when the time is right. 9 Ways to Spend Your Lunch Break

9 Ways to Spend Your Lunch Break

Whether you work in an office environment or from home, chances are that you aim to take a break during lunch time, right? I look forward to my lunch hour every day since it gives me an opportunity to take a step back from my work and focus on something else for a while. Sometimes it’s good to just take a break and start working right where you left off with a clear mind.

I’ve been a working professional for almost six years now and I’ve spent my lunch hour in a variety of different ways. During my first job right out of college, I always made it a point to leave the office during lunch. Sometimes I ate lunch in my car just because I wanted to get away from my desk and listen to the radio. Nowadays, I spend my lunch break either at my desk catching up on emails, at the gym for a quick cardio session or I even go out with coworkers.
