How is it already mid August?! I've said it before and I'll say it again - 2017 is flying by. It's so hard to believe that summer is almost over. I know that fall is coming when I start to see fall decorations going up in stores and preseason NFL football is on! I don't know about you, but I'm not ready for summer to end! Don't get me wrong, I love fall and everything that comes with it, but I'd be perfectly content if the summer weather decided to stick around through late September! Living in Michigan, that might be asking for a lot! A girl can dream though, right?

Anyway, I'm back with another Five Favorites post! The idea of this series is for me to highlight products that I've enjoyed using lately. Some products are fairly new to me, while others have been used by me for a while. These products aren't listed in any particular order. In other words, I'm not ranking them from best to worst. I'm simply just showing them off to you guys and sharing my experiences. Everything in this post is shoppable, so if you see something you like, check out the product some more.

Hope you find a product that you'd like to try out! I definitely recommend all of these!

NYX Tame and Frame tinted eyebrow pomade:
I’ve been using this product on my brows for the past few months and it’s definitely a hit! The color is just right for my blonde hair and I love the way that it fills in my brows and makes them look more uniform. I apply this pomade using an eyebrow brush and then I use an eyebrow comb to smooth the product over my brows. Being able to define my brows a bit makes such a difference in my appearance. Although I look fine without brow pomade, I love the way I look when I’m wearing this product. I’ll definitely be buying this again for sure!

HipS-sister waist pack:
This waist pack is a lifesaver! In the summer, I love to wear gym shorts while walking the dog or doing things around the house. The only downside to that is that my gym shorts don’t have pockets! When I used to take my dog on walks I’d have to carry my cell phone and house keys in my hand. With the hipS-sister waist pack, I can tuck all of my belongings away in one of the zippered pockets.
I visited Cedar Point (an amusement park not too far from where I live) with some friends back in August and I wore my HipS-sister. While all of my friends were wearing bulky fanny packs or drawstring backpacks to carry their things, I had this ultra-slim waistband that fit comfortably around my hips. I was able to carry my wallet, cell phone, car keys, Chapstick, bobby pins and an extra hair tie. The best part is that the waistband sits flat, so it doesn’t look like you have a big bulge like you would if you were wearing a fanny pack.

AQUIS hair towel:
Every morning before work I take a shower. I find that it helps me wake up and I love feeling clean and fresh before starting my day. I have really thin and fine hair, so it dries relatively quickly, but I’ve always wanted to hair towel to put on while getting ready so I could sweep my hair away from my face and let it dry as I apply my makeup. I was actually sent this towel as part of an Influenster VoxBox, so I was really excited to try it out and see how I liked it.
Using this hair towel is a breeze! You just bend over and get all of your hair together, place it inside the towel, wrap it around your head and then use put the loop over the button on the back of the towel to secure everything. I’ve noticed that my hair is super soft after using this towel and I love how it helps my hair dry even quicker than before.

Under Armor running shoes
These shoes are the bomb! (do people still say that?) My husband got these for me and I was reluctant about them because I already had a pair of tennis shoes, but little did I know that I needed these in my life. They're so lightweight and comfortable. I've worn these while hiking out west, while walking the dog and while running errands. The fabric on these shoes is super breathable, so my feet never feel hot or sweaty. Plus, these shoes aren't bulky which is a huge plus for me. I never realized how much big rubber soles were until I wore these shoes. These kicks come in a variety of colors - swipe through the gallery below to find a shade to add to your shoe collection!

Interlocking storage bins:
I love being organized and always knowing where my stuff is. When my husband and I got married a little over a year ago and I moved into his house, I knew that I’d be needing to purchase some bathroom organizers. This organizer set fits our needs perfectly and I love how the containers fit together. I’m able to organize my makeup, hair accessories and nail polish. I love these so much that I even got a set for my husband to use in his bathroom drawers. If you’re moving into a new home, apartment or dorm in the near future, I can’t recommend these bathroom drawer organizers enough!
